Products & Quality
What purity level are your peptides?
All Paragon Biolabs peptides are verified at 99%+ purity through HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) testing. Every batch is tested both in-house and by independent third-party laboratories.
Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (COAs)?
Yes. Yes. Every product is backed by a full Certificate of Analysis with HPLC purity data, mass spectrometry results, and third-party verification. All COAs are published on our Lab Results page so you can verify purity and quality before purchasing.
Are your products intended for human consumption?
No. All Paragon Biolabs products are sold strictly for research purposes only. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, and are not to be used as food additives or household chemicals.
How should I store my peptides?
Store peptides in a refrigerator (2–8°C) and keep away from direct sunlight. Do not freeze reconstituted peptides. For long-term storage of lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides, freezing is recommended. Reconstituted peptides should be used promptly and stored refrigerated. Proper storage ensures maximum stability and shelf life.
Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days typically ship the same day. Standard shipping within the continental US takes 2–5 business days.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no external branding or product descriptions. Your privacy is important to us.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States only. We are actively working on expanding to international markets. Subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes! We offer competitive pricing for bulk and wholesale orders. Contact us at support@paragonbiolabs.com with your requirements and we’ll provide a custom quote within one business day.
Payments & Returns
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as payment through our secure checkout system. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.
What is your return policy?
Please see our Refund & Returns Policy page for complete details. In general, we do not accept returns due to the nature of research peptides. However, if your order arrives damaged during shipping, we will send a replacement at no cost within 14 days of delivery. Contact us at support@paragonbiolabs.com with photos of the damage.
